    Come rain or shine, snow or fog the River House offers couples the dream wedding they have always imaged without sacrificing luxury or style.

   The River House features majestic mountain/river views, upper and lower outdoor decks with enough space to host a wedding up to 100 guests, beautiful interior spaces including a stunning reception space and a bridal suite for the ladies and of course a space for the groom and his party. 

Your guests will be so impressed with this peaceful, elegant mountain venue.

 Escape to a luxurious mountain retreat where the river meets the mountains and wedding planning is made easy. 

The River House features stunning natural, outdoorsy elements, combined with glamorous styling that creates a pristinely rustic-yet-elegant atmosphere for every event. 

We offer micro-wedding pricing starting at $2,500 for up to 50 guests and full day wedding pricing starting at $5,000.00 for the full day 51 to 100 guests.

Located in Marshal, North Carolina this venue is situated close enough to Asheville that not only will you have the best of this private venue but you will be close enough to the hub to experience all that the area offers.

Jaw dropping

There are two venues with Appalachian Lodge. We booked the River House. It was brand spanking new. The view, the house, everything was speechless. We worked directly with the venue owner and she went ABOVE and BEYOND for us. A must see and a must book.
